weston heath is a hard area physically and technically. don't be ashamed of having a long time there jene.
if you've got a coach discuss your run with him/her and try and get something valuable from your mistakes.

Don't get me wrong Ben - Jene usually beats the pants off me
1-8 was not such a tragedy - a bit of climb but not off line. I wandered a bit on the way to 5 as I was not clear which re-entrant I'd come down. My 7-8 was not extactly stream lined either

Can we have a butty van at every event. Egg and bacon bap was just what the docter
Concur with that. I had exactly the same, and a cup of tea. Magic. Made crawling hands and knees up those chuffin big hills worth it.
Ain't seen any results yet, fingers crossed for the mighty Chasers. A well good area though and a good course to boot. Also good to see Mr Roberts senior for the first time in yonks.

That's where I'm going wrong. Silly me, I thought I was supposed to run

I'll agree about the area, but the womens blue was a glorified orange course with a lot of path running and gratuitous climb. Shame.
I think Chasers did OK, tho' looking at the results at the end. Not so sure about SPLOT

Weston Heath. 1st visit 128mins W 35S. 2nd visit 88mins W45S 3rd visit 64mins green. Must be getting better I thought I'd never beat the jinx of Weston Heath. As for control 6 on the course this was in an areawhere it took me 33 mins to cover 1cm on my last visit so once I got on the path, I recognised the area and headed straight for the control. They say one should learn by one's mistakes. Still behind Mrs H but I will score CS points due to the system change. It was great to have the course for the Vets, as those in our club in that range were not going to bother as they felt worthless in the past.

I think it's the first time i've ever scored any CS points - and first time to Weston Heath - well impressed -- and I did a night event last night - mind you i did crawl up that last hill -Nev had a blinder - i thought it was a first rate course. Great to see lots of friends and did a fair bit a JK wheeler deeling - got my Jk jokers and they are MINT
Half way down second bottle - great day even if we didn't get to finasl - it always held in some god forsaken corner of the country anway - how come we can't mobilise our elite(s) for the final? see WCH got Steve Palmer, Mat et al. ah what the hell, Harlequins just want to have fun
