Don't get me started on the whole BT Yahoo "spam" filter. BT kindly turned them on automatically without telling anyone they'd done it, or telling you where the spam was going or how to turn it off. One customer rang me saying their email had gone a bit quiet. About 1900 messages had been kindly filtered out, a quick scan of which showed many were real!
