Most depressing Day of the Year?

Well apparently it was yesterday - but at least the sun was shining yesterday - today it is raining and very cold and I'm thoroughly fed up. Trying to finish this month's Ad hoc and still waiting for copy from people. BOF are trying to hijack my special JK Joker arrangement with Drayton Manor Park and there are men working on the extension singing in the manner of Mr Vic Reeves and smoking and drinking more tea than we get through in a year (with sugar).

Worse of all everyone from nope seems to have died the death just because I've been tied to the computer all day and could have done with some entertainment - so - what's the answer?

Well certainly wasn't today....... bright blue sky, minus 6 and some nice crisp snow for running in..... and it's a full moon tonight.... along with Burn's night.... means I'll be out running again tonite.... through the Old Town in my kilt:)

certainly not down in bournemouth... last night my band (now officially known as 'the never nevers' made their first live appearance at 'the central' in parkstone, Dorset. three acoustic songs, the first of which was a royal fuck-up. redeemed ourselves after that though. funny thing is, i never really had that much of a problem with nerves when i was a serious orienteer. but as soon as i stood up on the stage in a pub with 5 people in front of me i properly shat the bed!

I had a very productive day yesterday in fact. Today however was wasted in doctor's surgeries, feeling utterly rubbish in intervals and then managing to be negatively productive. And circuit training in an hour...eurgh.

Yesterday was actually one of my worst days at school ever, I got b**locked in every single lesson for one thing or another and managed to fail 3 tests. So it was most definitely very depressing.

and then i buggered my ankle playing five-a-side this evening. looks like i got the days mixed up.

monday was pretty bad, on a grand total of 0 hours sleep and feeling decidedly worse for wear it was a long horrible day. things are only marginally improving.

Yesterday was funny as, Kilt on, too the pub, few drinks too many, cycle home, fall off the bike twice with all the snow making it slippy, fell off the bike again straight into 711, two corv's and a slippy, drunken walk home with a bike and sliding all over the place with Brogues with no grip, must have been a rare site for passers by, Plus Jock's got Mumps with a face like a balloon which adds to the amusement!
