I was running at the mentioned "Greencastle 5" :D Not quite as fast as Allan though...
I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

the man bogle ran pretty well, finished 41st just over 4 minutes behind the surprise american winner.

Northern Irish superhero also has the trophy from the JOK sprint, and I can't seem to get in touch with him to check he will be returning it in time for this year's event.

think he'll be giving up orienteering soon, another fine performance it seems, bronze in the NI Senior XC Champs.
