Decorations -bad luck

It's after January 6th now so isn't it bad luck to still have christmas decorations up. We took our tree down on Wednesday night, yet I still encountered bad luck yesterday. Maybe it's cos nopesport and orienterare.nu are still sporting snow and santa hats? Or maybe just because I live in Glasgow which is always bad luck..

just testing you.. :) -well ok maybe it was a mistake but hey it's before 9am and i may well have knocked my head. anyway i changed it now. January 6th - something about the 12th day of Christmas or some funny word beginning with E that we learnt at Sunday school but i can't remember.

that'll be Epiphany - the revealing of the Christ child to the wise men.

Our tree is still up, as it takes several days for Mrs PFB to pack away all the 4 billion baubles and all the other decorations. The bad luck could just be Glasgow.

just had my own little private Beltane fire festival down the garden - set fire to the wrapping paper, holly, tree and lots of cardboard boxes - very un-green i'm sure but tremendously cheering :)

What about the mass "town/city/village" decorations...are they forcing bad luck on the inhabitants by remaining up after the 6th January??
