Haven't time to check CLOKs more now, but looks like Cat Taylor is down twice (12:05, 12:20). Second one should be Jenny Thornton??

Lots of testing today.(uh yesterday)
Live feed from the finish works great.
Have reduced the bandwidth to suit more users.

New -

Email the commentary team live during the event for messages to be passed to teams by PA.

Radio last control for commentary team.

Finish Line Interviews

Live Results every 2-5 mins from 11am + Webcam of prize giving with special guest.

got onto the webcam for about 30 secs but then it stopped, never to return... url wouldnt work in media player either. :cry:

I arrived back from a nice run in the New Forest in time for the prize giving. Webcam worked fairly well (it froze a couple of times) and having the results up there and then was good. Thanks to those at Chasers for making this possible :boosch:

The event at Denny Lodge.
Not quite as good weather as last year, but still fairly good.

I’ve got round to doing the techie explanation now about how we got broadband down to the common from my house.

What are people’s thoughts.
I’m doing the website for next years JK (2005) is it worth trying to do something like this again.
If I was doing it again Id find a friendly streaming server somewhere and upload a far better quality image rather than relying on multiple connections down a 256kb link.

Id also get a cable to connect commentary output straight to the laptop.
