I think following those JWOC races live on the net was incredible - a whole new thing for me and for a while it was like we were all together in one room - so much better to share the excitement. I'm sure it was the next best thing to be there and I think that was when we got some of the highest on-line numbers

Banterwise it has to be you guys doing the mile or so around the meadows in the buff at the zeroth birthday of nopesport in the height of edinburgh november. There arent many challenges i duck but that was definitely one and respect to rocky for setting some sort of record time.
Personally it has to be when i was in san diego selling books and when i had my car crash (aug 10th) i went on the t'internet for the first time in a month when i thought i was lucky to be alive and all you guys were still talking absolute pish back in britain. It reminded me there was a life outside selling books door to door and that orienteering is the finest sport in the world with some of the finest chat on occasion.

outside the site, i thought that nopesports entertainment and help with the JIRCs this year was brilliant. the atmosphere at the relays was the best ive ever experienced at a junior event, and the whole weekend ran so smoothly...it was definitely one of my favourite events of the year and i hope for more events like it in the future

I think the biggest thing has been the promotional DVD - I've got one and it's fab. Just need an occasion to use it instead of showing it to friends and clubmates
Has it made a difference to uni clubs?
And the thought of male elites running topless still makes me smile

Make the most of life - you're a long time dead.
