macs are great - and apple macintosh are good for customer service too - i got a fault in my ipod, the casing was a bit knackered - i registered the fault online, the next day a bloke knocked on my door, took my ipod away and within 3 working days i had a totally new one delivered. quality. i don't reckon many pc companies would offer that standard of service.
