I know. Rocky and myself have both already mentioned it. I was planning on using it for the Street-O at the 40th celebrations.
Btw, does anyone else think it's a good idea?? No point Int putting something on if no-one's going to turn up. Feedback please!!

I (with SOA competitions coordinator hat on) am looking for an urban sprint race for the day before the Harvester, maybe as a bid for the UK short race Champs. If you started planning for it now, this could generate some serious exposure/publicity.

There will be an Edinburgh Street O on Sunday 31st October following the EUOC 40th birthday party.
Provisional info is a 10.5km course with a fair bit of climb. Start/finish in Bristo Square with 1:10,000 map covering an A4 sheet. Race will be a mass start, hopefully with SI punching.
There will possibly be a handicap system to allow women/younger/older people to skip controls and so keep up with the front of the race or even overtake it.
