we talk a hell a lot of jobby when we are drunk. many of the great things we come out with are ideas for nopesport which are then shot down when we are sober (although the idea at snow patol should be done when we are all about 50 just so we can feel young again).
last nights idea was a touch of genius

Those fine gentlemen from Dark Peak Fell Runners have a special challenge which might give you some ideas.

It’s called “Streak in the Peak”.

The Bronze award:
Streak between any two trig points in the Peak District.

The Silver award:
Streak between any two of the millstones marking the Peak District National Park boundary (generally occurring on main roads).

The Gold award (for serious deviants):
Streak from east to west across the full width of the Peak District National Park (minimum 20 miles or thereabouts).

Shoes and socks are allowed. But that's all.

Silver award seems easy, just run from one side of road to'ther! (usually stones either side lads) But don't think thats what DPrs intended though!

even going from one side to the other doesnt seem like much of a challenge, as you need to do is make sure you do it on a nice hot summers day and you'l be lasughing. you might meet maybe, what 50-100 walkers max. and what are they going to do, tut disaprovingly, but who cares, they aint ever going to see you again. your not going to get arrested either as there aint many police.
