right then surprise surprise but i made the chasing start for the danish five days on M21 Elite the problem is that i have about six french men chasing me down. after all the passionate bull when thierry won the middle its time to restore national pride.

You're not too badly out there at all - just try to concentrate on catching the guy 9 minutes in front, and don't worry about the ones chasing you!

By the way, looking through the results it seems miss edenbrandt is in a class of her own, with a nice comfortable 13 minute lead going in to the chasing start - euoc can claim a part in that.

Don't forget that it's first acros the line! Put that sprint finish to good use if you need to! Like kroc said, concentrate on the guy ahead of you!

anna is actually cruising through the field like a knife through butter. she says she wants to go and do well at swedish champs and prove the selectors for JWOC wrong. she certainlly has the form.

Eddie never mind what happens just don't give up.

You have achieved so much in O since those days when as a 15/16 year old you often did not finish and found every patch of nettles and every bit of barbed wire on the course.

You've prooved you can keep going so show the frogs too!!!!

sure you can do it eddie. somehow these guys ended all up behind you, so you should be able to keep them there. go for chasing the french guy before you and just leave the others in the nettles.

i whacked my foot doing the a sprint final on the rest day and then 3 controls in yesterday bang i hit the same foot. so had to hobble back.
