Yep, I reckon that was possibly the most technical race I've run in the UK, with the added bonus of rain soaked summer vegetation.

Went out with some trepidation having heard a few moans from early finishers. But I enjoyed it and found it one of the most technically challenging courses I've ever run. A late start may have helped; the weather was a bit brighter, although there weren't as many elephant tracks as I would have expected. Vegetation thick but not hostile, better than brambles any day!

Tatty, the web address for results given on the BOF twitter feed works - it's on the BO front page. Can't copy/ paste it as on the go at the moment. It was posted last night.

Brilliant race, max concentration required. Amazingly little obvious advantage from late start as minimal tracking through vegetation which was an impediment but never unpleasant.
I just love low visibility orienteering so June turned out to be just perfect for me.
