Poor Jess, don't know what happened but I saw her go to ALL the controls!

Yep, I just re-checked her GPS, and she did go to all the controls.
Which is why the official results now have her 4th, rather than DSQ.
(something weird happening with the finish system at this event, as the sprint final was plagued by people popping up as DSQ, but then being reinstated a few minutes later)

Yes, very interesting seeing GPS. The dots do stop in some parts of the map but then they return.
Good split to number 6 from GG (ignore the Andersson time - he has missed one.)
Feel this course might suit HH too.

Yes, and still fastest at 8 of those there so far. Tove Alexandersson just gone through number 4 a full 1.5 mins faster, which is really flying.

Ouch! I suppose it's better to realise now that you've missed a control, rather than at the finish. An extra 110m of climb for Sari Anttonen.

I think it won't be lower than 6th, and that's if the remaining runners don't miss any of the last controls. Alexandersson just binned a minute or so at number 13.

74:20. She would have won by much more but for the error at 13. Vinogradava just made a similar mistake, but hasn't lost enough to drop behind Hollie I think.

Spoke too soon. Amazingly quick finish by Tranchand means a probable 11th place for GG. Still a great result. Surprisingly close times for such a long race.
