Northern Champs weekend

Entries are open for the Northern Championships weekend being held by CLOK on 16th/17th April, and the early closing date is this Thursday 24th March (late CD is 7th April). Details and entries

Saturday is at Whitby. Sprint courses for 18/20/21 elites (including JWOC/EYOC selection races for 18s and 20s), and urban for all others. Included in UKUL, UKOL and UKEOL. Excellent urban terrain with narrow alleyways. And plenty of tourists to dodge.

Sunday is the Northern Champs at Mulgrave Woods. Middle distance JWOC/EYOC selection races for 18s and 20s, and classic long distance for all others. Included in UKOL and UKEOL. World Ranking Event for 21 elites, so a chance for WOC aspirants to get valuable world ranking points which affect WOC forest discipline start positions.

The Northern Champs are supported by Hangar 18, suppliers of ultra-light products for extreme outdoor enthusiasts based in the North East, and they will be providing prizes for the WRE.
