How to OCAD map onto phone/tablet and use GPS

What I want is to to be able to view a map produced in Ocad on my mobile screen with a little dot showing my actual position on the map, just like looking at a Google map. I don't want to be able to draw on it or do updates.

I prefer the challenge of trying to use the map to work out where I am and navigate around the area - a bit like orienteering really

I'm thinking of being able to use it as an additional aid (not a replacement) whilst control site checking, helping to solve those mapping errors or updates of existing maps.

For those people with less confidence in their own navigation it could be used during training exercises where there are no kites out, allowing you to check if you have arrived where you thought you had. We have all had occasions where we have "made" the map fit where we are standing and are convinced that the kite has been stolen or misplaced.
