aha, a question i know the answer to. basically it's nigh impossible to get through what appeared to be an 8-man defence, and they managed to get every shot in target in the back of the net!

Technically the Greeks only won 3 games, lost 1 and drew 2 (one of which they then won in ET). But hats off they showed England how to defend in numbers and kept a clean sheet in all the knockout matches. Deserved winners.
