Lake District Mountain Trial

This must be the best mountain orienteering event in any year. Today was fantastic planning, organisation with showers, a meal and cake and a brew all for £18. Based at the Youth Hostel at Rossthwaite the courses went over the mountains to the south. It is tough but doable even for someone like me. The courses take you over areas in the Lake District where only sheep tread. A massive thank you to all who made it happen.
