Finally plucked up courage to put my routes up.
All I get when I follow the links is a blank screen.

Works for me, are you sure you're using the right link: http://www.scottish6days.routegadget.co.uk/rg2/

More specifically ...
the screen I get has the Routegadget logo top left and the word RouteGadget along the top, with assorted tools top right. Everything else is blank.
Going to one of my club's events, the event name and date is along the top, and the central space has the map and the assorted courses, etc, down the left.

Assume you have javascript turned on?
Otherwise not sure, confident some of the others who know much more about RG will pop up in this thread soon

I have the same problem as Sloop - just a white screen. Never had a problem with RG2 before. Same laptop, same settings.

Re: Scottish 6-Day RouteGadget ?
I'm guessing everyone having a problem is using Internet Explorer. I can reproduce it in IE11 on my PC, but Firefox and Chrome are both OK. For now, changing to one of those browsers (or probably anything but IE) should sort it.
If you do get a problem like this then try pressing F12 and then reloading the page. You should then be able to see a tab labelled "Console" which will give you further error details. I'm getting "SCRIPT1014: Invalid character". Google thinks clearing your cache might help, but it didn't work for me.
Further details to follow once I sort out exactly what Microsoft have done this time.

Yes, mine was an Internet Explorer issue. Works fine with Firefox, and my routes are now in.
I thought all this stuff had gone away.

It's OK now with IE (and I didn't have to use F12 or anything like that). So thanks to whoever fixed it ..

If only. But the good news is I've managed to build a working version, so IE users shoud be back in business.

It will never go away, there will always be incompatibilities between browsers. The problem with the old RG was that java was/is on the way out as far as browsers go, this was a different (and fixable) error.
