Just so no one's disappointed, please note that there is no way of entering this event after the Saturday midnight deadline (entry via Fabian4). It's no use contacting the organiser as it's out of our hands - we have to give all names to RAF security a week in advance.
Quality and quantity of entry both looking good!

Although, if names are being passed to RAF Security, then this fact should have been stated on the detals to comply with the Data Protection Act.

As a visitor to the RAF base in my previous professional capacity, it was usual for any visitors photographs to be taken... do we know if this will be the case to accesss the site for the event ?

For what it's worth - we recently did an Army event based on Imphal Barracks in York and we certainly had to show some means of photo identity to get in - might be prudent to take the same to RAF Linton on Ouse

Getting into the base will be explained in the final details - you won't need to have your photo taken thank goodness... RAF is being very helpful.

Reading the final details is a little more important than usual!
