A recent general newsletter email from WOC organisation stated that WOC intended to be one of the most innovative & informative WOC's to date.

Another recent communication from the IOF indicates that the programme has been changed with the Sprint Q now on Friday.

A quick look at the WOC website indicates that the most innovative & informative WOC to date hasn't managed to change the programme details to reflect this.
