World cup Fantasy Football

Me and DaveK want to continue enjoying our Fantasy Football fun over the summer and have isolated the MacDonalds' league as being the most promising if someone more knowledgeable than us could set it up. You can register now and start selecting your teams from June 8th. It says you can do leagues with your friends etc so please could we have a Nopesport World Cup Fantasy Football League?

So today I picked up my free Panini World Cup football sticker book from Tesco to do some swatting up in the bath. - it's astonishing - you actually have to pay for the stickers!

This is going to be harder than I thought - and any way how can anyone beat Brazil? They've got Dante, The Hulk and Julius Cesar on their team.

I wonder how it will work. Will we pick our dream team for the group matches and then get a chance to re-select after each round? No doubt all will be revealed at the weekend.

The first and last Dutch goals were simply superb.

I normally get bored when one team has clearly won but I could easily have coped with an extra half hour

Well according to what I can see I am top of the nopesport league after round one - but I can't see what every one else is doing so maybe its just flattering me. It's rubbish compared to the Premier League one isn't it? I had John Brooke sitting on the bench but they don't seem to have subbed him for any of the players who didn't play.
