British Relay champs - entry change?

Does anyone know how to contact the relay entries person for the BRC?
I have tried sending two emails, but have not had a reply. The only method for making contact mentioned on the website is email - so if that doesn't work, what are we supposed to do? There is no postal address or phone number.
I wish to change the relay class for one of our teams, but this is not possible via the Fabian4 website. I could cancel the entry, and then make another entry, but then I will have to pay a cancellation fee (50% of entry fee) as well as the higher entry fees, which seems a little harsh.

I'm sorting this particular query. If anyone else is finding their emails to @boc2014.org.uk addresses going unanswered (not sure why they haven't got through in this instance), then feel free to trying PM-ing me here (until such time as they promised to pull the plug on nopesport soon....)
