Sprint Home Internationals
Cat's exploits make this a good day to bury bad news. But there's some more good news for domestic elites, and anyone wanting to watch them in action on home terrain. The all-new Sprint Home Internationals

Acronym not to be confused with the SHIs

How about an VSHI? Could be my chance to improve on my best ever international 'placing' (7th reserve for an England M45 Interland team).

Watch the 1949 film 'Kind Hearts and Coronets' to see how to get in the team

Re: Sprint Home Internationals
NeilC you're welcome to an M50 spot at the VSHI
Just to clarify: the new Sprint Home International is separate to the SHI which is the following weekend and retains it's traditional format of Long race Saturday and Relay Sunday.
