Re: Europeans
Did Heather or Yvette get European medals? WoO database isn't too solid.

Re: Europeans
wikipedia says Yvette got a medal in 2000.
But EOC only really started in 2000, before that the Nordics was the equivalent big race. In years with no WOC, that was the #1 race. Yvette won in about 92, beating the Scandis in Scandinavia. Sweet.

Good to see to Peter finishing 38th from 45 starters as a first year senior.

Winning times 90:23 and 70:19. Maybe we should all adopt the Portuguese planning process?

Re: Europeans
Great for Peter, it's a pretty small list of GBR men who've even run the long final...

Re-plan courses overnight instead of months of careful thought?

Cat on AP:
I've given up on orienteering full stop (hopes for amazing run at JK)
at EOC, things have continued to go badly, despite my best efforts and support of team. some stomach problems and another nightmarish run in sprint final yesterday. still a long to tackle tomorrow but ive given up trying to make things go well, it's not working, and will just look forward to getting back to training once back home.

Re: Europeans
Murray was in the front group of 4, but went back to punch a control, so leading the main pack, +14s on SUI, NOR, FRA
Murray had short early gaffel but the long last loop. It seems like there is only 50/50 gaffling, so not sure what last leg will be like
