Does anyone know if a standard scoring Excel spreadsheet (or something fancy in autodownload) automatically calculates the scores for the CSC?

Autodownload does it - http://www.sportident.co.uk/autodownload/release.php - although you need the latest version for the 2014 results.

There was a spreadsheet (last year). It will have been updated for
this year with the new rules -- ask the CSC/T coordinator for it
(I did)

There is some free software that calculates the results that runs on the SI file.
