Well done the Brits for being the top country so far well Italy is the country of lastminutedotcom and enough of them may yet enter to outnumber the brits (we need 5 more of you to crack the 100)

Due to the fantastic response from Master athletes, we have decided to open six new classes: M/W 40, M/W 50 and M/W 60.

- If your club entry has already been made on-line, and you haven't saved your receipt, you can simply modify your entry on our OriEnS on-line entry system (the date of the original entry stands)

According to the entry list Spookster has entered as a member of Sheffield POOK - I'm not sure that's what he intended but it made me laugh

Faced with the decision of Spookster or Mr H I bottled it and moved up to M50. Sent off the e-mail and got a reply from Daniele within 5 minutes. Such efficiency bodes well.

If you like Mrs H, I can plan the new M50 course to even things out a bit, i.e. put the M50s through all the "heavy pedestrian traffic streets" where Mr H can use his strength to batter through and putting the slimmer racing snake, known as NeilC, at a disadvantage?

Yes you are right 42 Italians and 14 from Ireland with 2 from London Irish

Hi MrsH - Very good question. We spoke about this on Friday at a planners meeting and I have suggested we take the approach that people who are members of their national federation don't need them but independents do. This seems to pragmatically balance Italian legal requirements and common sense.

Manu seemed to be OK with my idea but she and Daniele both need to agree to this approach. As soon as I know for sure I will post here.
