Open race competitors may enter the quarantine area to e.g. spectate at the spectator control shown on the above plan, but must access this by going around the north side of the building.

Does this mean open race competitors can flow in and out of the quarrantine area when they like, or once they enter do they have to stay there until last start of EM?

The quarantine area is open to the general public, including residents, leisure centre customers and open race competitors, who can come and go as they please.

The restrictions are there to prevent EM competitors from wandering round to the east side of the school and watching the progress of the race etc on the big screen, rather than providng pre-race isolation.

Confining all EM competitors to the central courtyard of the school was considered, but seemed rather heavy handed...

Not at all, part of that experience/preparation is learning how to use whatever information is legally available to you to best effect.

it was the name of the meeting that the Swiss fan club and the illegitimate Belgians were running in that brought me out in a rash, or even in large painful lumps! (but perhaps you have to have a health services streak in you for it to have that effect?)

The ace Czech film crew with WOC experience, Per Forsberg, GPS tracking (not Sprint), big screen, light gate finish, Osprey radio controls, Finch system, video back up, TV towers, fibre optic cables, satellite internet connection, new "approved" trestles etc. all form part of Euromeeting (and parts of Moray 2013).
