Why NATO weren't at YHOA Sprints today

You'd normally expect a number of NATO's finest to be at the YHOA sprints today -but we were notable in our absence. This was because we were in Newcastle test running the map for the Urban event there in two years time and it's a stonking map on a stonking area. a comment from one of the experienced testers was "I'm not used to getting to a control and not being able to find ANY route to the next" -we all found all the controls so he eventually did.
The area involved the Sage and the Baltic (actually in Gateshead) and the iconoic Tyne , Millenium and Swing Bridges as well as the "Castle", Joicey Museum, Northumbria University and the Quayside.
It is going to be a brilliant event in July 2015 (so before the WOC) -reserve some holiday -you don't want to miss it!
(Oh and relax there's a party going to Hull tomorrow )

12th July 2015 is booked -which is the week before O Ringen ( I think) and a fortnight before WMOC (but the sprint race proposed the day before might clash with the last day of JWOC)
