now seen the start lists (http://www.compasssport.com/jirc2004.htm) and it looks like the scots are weaker than expected - a few suprises will pop up this year guys! North west have quite weak 14s - so i say YH with a good chance if the W18s have ok runs, but they can easily win with an aire only male relay team. west mids will be strong but what happened to bennett and why is mikey now only running 16? a mistake or deliberate?
i hope to see a new winner comesunday afternoon
basic details
Individual M14 4.1km, m16 6.2, m18 7.2, w14 3.5, w16 4.6, w18 5.7,

North west will win
I previously thought the scots might get it this year but with no Oleg or Scott I think Will and Chris (from NW) can beat them in M18. Our (NW) 14 girls are a bit weak but could be a surprise.
Come on NORTH WEST
Come on NORTH WEST
