Permanent course markers

Could anyone please offer recommendations as to where to source permanent o-course markers, including numbered orange/white plates.

I've got them from Premier Engraving (Scotland) a couple of years ago (ESOC had used them so EUOC ordered from them too). Metal plates, good standard. Communication a bit dodgy though.
