That didn't take long.
Circumstances suggest that the role may only be doable (to the satisfaction of the post-holder) by someone not in full-time employment. At the time the role was designed there were mutterings that the scope of the post was very large for a volunteer.

Which could have been the reason that there was only one applicant last time around.
Not sure that the job specification has changed, although at least any prospective chair will know who they have to work with now, and IMO they do look like a group that can get the job done.
