It is amazing how people will pontificate on something they know nothing about.

This editor obviously reads this so I have no problem in calling him an ignoramous, (and no I haven't voted yet).

All he needs to do is look up the athletic status of many of the top orienteers to swallow his words.

For those that don't remember the World Champs which used to be biannual were moved from even to odd years so that competitors could compete in the Olympics in non WOC years.

I've just voted.

O now leads the way with 305 votes (36%) however, as highlighted before, there are other mentions of orienteering (with explanations attached). These attract another 138 votes making the overall total 443 which will be somewhere around 52% of the total.

Meanwhile, whilst perusing the full list I was interested to see that Sex scored one vote (0.001%).
