Due to entries at the top end of expectations (could well top 2,000) and the withdrawl of one of the caterers that had agreed to attend, Croeso is trying to find another caterer for all 6 days. We currently have two, but given entries probably need three
If anyone is aware of any caterers that we could approach can you please email me

Could try Podium Catering. A quick google will find them on Facebook and twitter, though their own website is as yet incomplete and has no contact details - http://podiumcatering.co.uk/

The food traders at recent events have had very litle to suit veggies - I have just about abandoned the idea of using them and just take my own food.

The Stovies and haggis man at the jubilee Five seems interested (in Moray) but Wales might be a bit far! I said to him that we need a veggie option and they might consider that (but probably mixed meat and veg at same stall).

Anyone see the One Show last night (yes I know it's pants but I was feeling weak), quite a few luxury caterering vans on show, the open fire pizza oven looked very nice and what about some kedgeree - it's still on the BBC i-player - might be able to spot the van names with "pause/play"

How about emailing "The Apprentice" to see if Croeso co-incides with filming for next year's series? Didn't they go to Edinburgh this year and ended up trying to sell fast food at London west end prices to Hearts fans?

He did have baked potatoes for veggies and they were delicious and very generous portions. I hope he does come to Moray.
What are pictorial descriptions?
