What was last years like? Was it useful? I sort of feel I should go as it's on my doorstep but a 1 day conference on a Saturday does sound more like work than hobby.
Anyone enthusiastic about this?

Re: SOA development conference
I went to the last one 2 years ago. It was universally agreed by all in attendance that the conference was a very positive experience.
There were some VERY engaging and enthusiastic speakers there. The presentations were put online, on the SOA website I believe.
Anyone wondering whether to attend and anyone who hasn't gone before, I'd recommend it.

Is anyone else going to this? I don't fancy being inside on a lovely day on my own.

Yes - some Clyde troops heading over in the morning - and hoping to spend some of the day outside at least!

I'll probably cycle there to make it more pleasant. It's about time I did some exercise that wasn't digging.

That was really interesting today. Lot of interesting stuff going on at different clubs. Thanks to Roger and Hilary for organising. Even had some bigwig from BOF along too...
