If there are any M18's (or W18's) that want a run at the BOC relays please pm me asap. One of our runners has had to drop out so we only have 2 x 18's in the M18 team (1 x M18 and 1 x W18).

If anyone has any relay runs for a slowish W45 I'd be happy to fill in. I noticed at the JK relay there were alot of teams who had lost their last leg runner for various reasons so I may just hang around the info area and ask around.
