I've just been flicking through the Suffolk FA County (not even national) Handbook (football) - its 210 + pages of rules and regulations - lists of lord high blah-blah etc - but hardly a mention of any of the clubs. Does cover the penalty for head butting though (7 points in case you ask), though there is a grant to help you replace your goalposts if they have woodworm or deathwatch beetle. And they claim its a simple game
Don't get me started on the rules of golf and their intrepretation (700 + pages last time I looked).
BOF suddenly seemed quite good after all.

Makes more sense (and is more likely to be funded) to replace concrete with trees -but of course only pine trees
Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg
