I think it is advisable that personally offensive posts are also moderated. I can remember that being done on another board when two members got into an argument about personal relationships
And if I wanted to hide my identity I'd use my old dial up account -they give you the next available IP each time you log in (got blocked by wiki because previous users had been vandals) but I don't want to hide my identity.

This wouldnt work, would be similar IP range which would probably be enough to make an educated guess as to who you are (if you have another nopesport account).
