erm........HELP?!?

ok, erm....not 2 sure where to post this, but hey, erm.....none of my forums are updating!! the thread starts flashing orange but when i click on the thread its still the same post as when i last checked........and when i go back onto the board thing it's still flashing orange

The cache is a temporary store, intended to make pages load quicker, so you might be looking at previous versions, but I doubt that should be happening with a forum. Settings are in Internet Options of IE (under tools menu?), change things and see what happens.

Could be browser related perhaps? - I haven't had any problems. download Mozilla or Firefox, IE is crap - if websites can make your DVD/CD drives open when you use IE then imagine what else could be done...
