For anyone who is contemplating taking part in the Barcelona weekend - (still advertised on their website as being on 25/26 Feb) please note the following information I've just received from the organiser
'Due to some issues after municipal elections that are not yet fixed we are forced to move TICBCN forward. In some days new dates should be agreed with city council, most likely in november 2012.
I hope that we'll be able to confirm you final dates by next week.'
