England certainly selected a team, and then another when many of the first choice runners were not available. Because of so many late changes I don't think final teams have been posted anywhere public yet.

Have the rules changed? We looked at the results on Routegadget and tried to work out the points according to the SHI guidelines from this page:

We got a different answer, though still a tie between Scotland and England.
Apparently the Individual competition has been announced as a tie too, which doesn't make sense according to these guidelines. Can anyone explain?

Looks like both England and Scotland are following GG's example and pulling in Eastern Europeans. I hear they're pretty cheap.
