Saw this on World of O - result of Swiss champs this weekend

Look at the top 6, separated by under 2min over 16.4k and 640m climb!

(16.4 km, 640 m, 31 Po.)

1. Matthias Kyburz 90 Möhlin OLK Fricktal 1:30:08
2. Fabian Hertner 85 Pratteln OLV Baselland 1:30:59
3. Daniel Hubmann 83 Eschlikon TG OL Regio Wil 1:31:11
4. Baptiste Rollier 82 Boudevilliers ANCO 1:31:51
5. Marc Lauenstein 80 Peseux ANCO 1:31:55
6. Matthias Merz 84 Beinwil am See OLG Rymenzburg 1:31:58

In the womens Elte the 3rd place runner - Vronni KS is 42 and only 2 minutes down on winner

But agree they have great strength in depth in the Men's, even in more technical terrains their races are often very tight.

Vroni is coaching the team now but could still be on the team if she wanted!

You are right - not what I would have expected for the Swiss national champs. They should have been at the Scottish this year!
