Just been listening to Zoe Ball early breakfast show from yesterday, as my friend text me to say there was orienteering on there yesterday.
It was an excellent little piece, emphasizing the fact that although orienteering is a sport that its still for everyone.
Its availavble on BBC Iplayer till 20th August!
