Just a reminder that entries are open online for the Scottish Interclub relays to be helpd at Mugdock and Craigallian (the north part) near Milngavie on Sunday 28 August. (Closing date 19 August).https://oentries.com/
On the Saturday (27 Aug) there is an Urban event (level C) in the West End of Glasgow -entries also on oentries. Good practice for anyone heading down to Sheffield/Lincoln or London in September.

You don't need an exact multiple of 11 unless you really want to spend a year caring for an ugly trophy.
There's an 8-person version too, hence the exciting new name and dubious acronym. And people can run twice.
