You need to right click and select "reload frame" (in Chrome - I'm sure there is something similar for other browsers), rather than just reload the whole page.

So how come when I switch on my PC this evening, the link works immediately? What has changed in it in 22 hours of not being used?

Okay - back at the competition. Now I'm feeling sick - i only said I'd do it because it fitted in with Young Neville's graduation but now Mr H says we have to come home on sunday so he can do more work else we wont get to the S6D. The courses look longer than I was expecting and I seem to remember Ecclesall Woods being rather tricky - I hope Ralph and Laura have planned some nice TD4 courses - not too hard. I'm loosing my nerve

Don't worry MrsH, you could be the weak link in a UKRL-chasing ShUOC team! Thankfully I've got too much on my plate to worry too much about it!

cbg - I've often had problems with page updates on the ShUOC pages taking longer to hit my PC than others. I blame the University server it's hosted on (but also possibly cookies etc.)

The courses look longer than I was expecting and I seem to remember Ecclesall Woods being rather tricky - I hope Ralph and Laura have planned some nice TD4 courses - not too hard.

Previous events at Ecclesall have had the leading men running at about 6.5 mins/km, and the leading women at about 9 mins/km. However, those events have generally been in the winter when vegetation is much less. Right now visibility is lower (though runnability probably isn't much different).

The small paths, which aren't easy to find in the day, will be very hard to see at night. But there are so many small paths in Ecclesall that ignoring them all may be the better option...

It's also one of those areas where however many times you've run there before, it can always catch you out...

Apart from the weather, it should be fun!

ba-ba - shall we form a 'weak links' club? I'm the weak link for the SYO handicap team on the A. Feeling pretty terrified myself at the moment - but can't wait!

Our 5 person team is now down to 3. We were planning to run the first three laps and then give up. Which lap is free for your team? One of our three might be tempted to jump ship if made a good enough offer.

Do not fear you will not be the wek link as I'm auditing for that. Also if you can stay up I'm sure we could return Mr H for his work if there is a way for him to return for graduation.

Contact us if that would help. It seems a shame for you to have to unnecessarily have to travel the M1 so many times in such a short period.

Update: This may seem unlikely but all the weather forecasts are suggesting a 12 hour window in the rain over Sheffield between 6pm tonight and 6 am tomorrow
