Search for teenage talent
Remember about a month ago there were going to be 3 or 4 sessions around England aimed at unearthing O talent even in people who had never O'd. Did anything happen? Maybe nobody showed up.

Hrmph. If any talented youngsters turn up, we won't just send them round the White course and pack them off home with a lollipop. There'll be one or two coaches present every day, and, just like other clubs, we are happy to fill the BOF vacuum.

Why is dealing with beginners a BOF vacuum? Surely that's a role that primarily belongs to clubs; there shouldn't be any need for BOF involvement.

It's only a BOF vacuum in the context of the OP.
