Again I ask, why are we keen to pay non-orienteers to do stuff for us but never consider paying an orienteer?
There are many coaches qualified to teach orienteering that may be prepared to do these jobs but feel that they already "give" a lot of time to orienteering. So whilst they may not be prepared to volunteer to run weekly club activity sessions they may be prepared to if they were rewarded. Why not ask them first, before going outside the sport?
