The MDOC Town and country Weekend

A great weekend of orienteering, on fantastic, diverse areas, from runnable forest with technical contours, to high action urban racing, in a two part format.

The races are being used by the British team in their final preparation for the Junior World Championships!

The event is ideal for everyone from beginners to highly experienced orienteers.


It's easy to enter online, but make sure you enter by the 5th June!!

After that only entry on the day is accepted with a £2 surcharge for adults.

We are hoping for winning times of 30-32 minutes, based on last year's similar event. We can't determine which colours people run, though ...

He has entered green for both days but put in a special request to change that to black for Day 1. I have just fixed it although the full change might not make the Fabian site until the start times go up - hopefully tomorrow.

Hint to anyone wanting to enter different courses on different days of a multi-day using Fabian. Just add yourself as an 'additional competitor' multiple times on the same entry and select different days and courses for each.
