Another 'good day at the races'. A sprinkling of medals and podium places places good support behind as this is a tea competition too.

The team results are the sum of the 3 best times in both Long Distance and Middle Distance races for each team.
In M2 Selected Team category Austria gained first place (3:31.17) ahead of Italy (3:32.52), second in the long distance and and third in the middle; England clinched third (3:38.51).
In M2 School Team category first place went to the Istituto Comprensivo del Primiero (2:33.00 the overall time), first in both the long and the middle, ahead of Napier Boys High School (New Zealand) (2:59.33) and the Ulverston Victoria High Schoool (England) (3:03.28).
In W2 Selected Team first place went to Austria (3:07.39 overall time) ahead of Italy (3:13.46) which, thanks to the excellent results in the middle, was able to overcome England which came in third (3:16.36).
Finally, in W2 School Team first place went to Kenilworth School and Sports College (England) with an overall time of 3:13.44 ahead of Napier Girls High School (New Zealand) (3:16.00) and the Banchory Academy (Scotland) (3:43.00).
