One of the biggest events on the O calendar is today/tomorrow - 10mila. For those not in the know, it's a 5 person day relay for women's teams and a 10 person, overnight relay for the men. Brief overview of the event is here on WorldofO.

There are a few Brits over in Sweden running for their Scandinavian clubs, and a men's and women's team from the Bristol area - SugarLoaf OK. The online coverage looks pretty extensive as usual - Live results at http://resultat.10mila.se/

Helen B ran a good leg, helping her team to 9th overall. The winning team, Tampere, included Riina Kuuselo on their 2nd leg, who's a member of OD.
