Congrats to new British Sprint Champs
Well done both Hollie and Murray on their first British titles. Top racing (and sunbathing) today down in Brighton.

Re: Congrats to new British Sprint Champs
Well done to all the champions, and to SO for putting on a great event today; very enjoyable in the Spring sunshine, though I'm sure the runners at the marathon tomorrow will be hoping it cools down a bit. I found I enjoyed the heat more than the final, but that was probably because I felt a bit tired in the final and as a result the navigation went to pot in a few places (though amazingly, I was actually running faster on the last two legs, which were the same). There are a few photos, mainly of the elite final, on http://www.flickr.com/photos/nh53/sets/72157626336981821/

See what you missed in the photos here.
Nopesport readers may be particularly impressed to see that madmike appears to have managed a podium finish on Men's Elite.

Re: Congrats to new British Sprint Champs
Another tremendous race. Murray languishing in 5th place with less than 3 1/2 mins to run snatching a great win. A challenge remains of how to communicate this to the crowd. The commentary was telling us that he needed to have appeared by now to win, when we could see the brown vest flying up the run-in.
Coming soon

Perhaps a more colourful vest? But that's not really the point...
